Desalinators

Desalinators are designed to transform seawater into distillate or osmotized water for industrial applications or human consumption.

Aquamar Watermakers

The unit is economical in operation and once commissioned changes in operational conditions do not require any readjustment.
The salinometer through the salinity cell installed in the distillate pump discharge all time controls the fresh water produced. If the distillate produced from sea water has a salt content bigger than the alarm set value (normally 4 p.p.m.), the water produced is automatically recirculate or discharge to the bilge. In this way, the water quality is controlled all time.
Reverse Osmosis Watermakers

Applying pressure in excess we can reverse osmosis and make the seawater passes through a semi-permeable membrane toward a region of very low salt concentration

Copper-Ion Generator

The role of the Copper-Ion Generator is to release the copper ions in the seawater cooling systems on board ships so as eliminate biological type incrustations.

Heat Exchangers

We have a long experience design and repaired a great variety of conventional and special exchangers, particularly for tank cleaning, water and oil coolers, air heaters or air coolers, boiler feed heaters, scoop coolers, atmospheric condensers, oil heat exchangers, turbine air coolers in diesel engines, air coolant for transformer oil and so on.

Need of Desalination Plants

Actually we need water of high quality and quantity enough to satisfy our demands when underground and river water quality has deteriorated due to the production of pollutant discharges in industrial processes in which water is used. In many cases, water used for irrigation contains a high number of suspended salts which make its use impossible if an adequate pre-treatment is not applied.

Due to all these situations, we offer our products trying to solve them.

Rehardening Filter

MHF Water hardening filters have been designed to obtain fresh water according with standard specifications issued by World Health Organisation.
